The International Liberty Tournament
International Liberty Tournament - For the past several years in August, a soccer club in Lower Normandy: the “Reveil Saint Germain de Courseulles” has hosted a soccer tournament involving French teams hailing from the small towns and villages scattered along the D-Day invasion beaches.
However, this year, to commemorate the upcoming 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings on June 6th, the tournament will be significantly different.
Dieppe International Kite Festival
Dieppe International Kite Festival - Every two years at the second week of September, when the weather is still mild and the crowds of sea bathers have diminished, the beachfront is invaded by this spectacular festival.
